There are 3 places going for grabs in the u20 Men and at least 5 in the u20 women at the Inter-Counties Cross Country.  Part of the problem is that the age group is under IAAF rules- they must be 18 or 19 on or before 31st December 2019.  Potential runners must be Worcestershire qualified (birth or residence) and be registered with England Athletics.

Only light refreshments will be available on Saturday at the Worcestershire Track and Field Championships. These will be provided by the Nunnery Wood staff.

Officials will be provided with their normal lunch.
