Eligability
A member of an athletic club within Herefordshire or Worcestershire.
Minimum age 9 years old.
Age Groups (Age at midnight 31/8/22)
Under 11, under 13 and under 15 girls and boys.
Entry Fee
£5 per athlete, for up to 4 events. Ideally, each club will bring a completed list of entries to the Championship, where numbers will be allocated.
Disciplines
Under 11: 1 lap, 2 lap, standing long jump, standing triple jump, vertical jump, speed bounce, chest push and javelin.
Under 13 and under 15: 2 lap, 4 lap, standing long jump, standing triple jump, vertical jump, speed bounce and shot putt.
The track will be time trials (not heats and finals).
Medals
There will be gold, silver and bronze medals presented, following each event. This is a H & W Championship with one set of medals per event per age group.
Officials
As always, we need to be sure we have enough officials, so we will allocate beforehand, as far as possible.
