Josh Robins (Birchfield) finished a credible 3rd in the U15 Boys Inter Counties Cross Country championships at Prestwold Hall on Saturday 9th March 2019, only 8 seconds off 1st place. Full results https://results.sporthive.com/events/6509064585385874688/races/455224

Jenny Nesbitt won the Senior Woman’s Inter Counties Cross Country at Prestwold Hall on Saturday 9th Match 2019 securing her place in the GB team for the World Cross Country Championships to be held in Aarhus, Denmark on Saturday 30th March.

The revised male teams for the CAU Inter Counties Cross Country (as of Wednesday 6th March) are now: –

There are 3 places going for grabs in the u20 Men and at least 5 in the u20 women at the Inter-Counties Cross Country.  Part of the problem is that the age group is under IAAF rules- they must be 18 or 19 on or before 31st December 2019.  Potential runners must be Worcestershire qualified (birth or residence) and be registered with England Athletics.
